  • Thank you for taking this Family Engagement survey. We want to hear from families with children that receive special education services, Early Intervention through 12 grade, on how your school invites you to partner in your child's educational journey.

    If you have a child 5 to 8 years old, you will be asked to share about the transition process and how supported you felt during that experience.
