Empowering Pennsylvania Educators and Partners
August 4-7, 2026

This unique conference highlights best practices, research, and strategies that make a positive educational difference for all students, with a specific focus on autism, sensory disabilities, secondary transition, and complex instructional needs. It offers an opportunity to learn and engage with nationally recognized presenters, as well as educators and families from across the state. In addition to inspiring speakers and informative content, the conference offers:
- poster sessions on successful appoaches, programs, and collaborations from PA local educational agencies (LEAs)
- exhibitors and vendors
- networking opportunities and evening activities

The School Team Scholarship covers conference registration for up to four team members, with a minimum of one administrator and one teacher. Other team members may include a general education teacher, pre-school/Early Intervention educator, related service provider, school counselor, school psychologist, or paraprofessional. Applicants may apply for up to two teams. Each team's members must work in the same pre-K program, school, or Intermediate Unit program.
Eligible applicants are team members who:
- are employed in a Pennsylvania preschool early intervention program, public school, school district, charter school, Approved Private School, Career and Technical Center, or Intermediate Unit at the time of the conference.
- support PA pre school (3-K) or school-age (K-12) students with disabilities who receive autistic support, support for sensory or low-incidence disabilities (Blind/visual impairment, Deaf/Hard of Hearing, Deaf-Blind, Traumatic Brain Injury, Intellectual disability), have complex instructional needs, and/or secondary transition services or other support through an IEP or IFSP.
Notes:
- Scholarship recipients are responsible for all travel expenses, including lodging, transportation, fuel, tolls, and meals not provided to conference attendees.
- Directions on how to register for the conference will be provided in a confirmation email.
- A limited number of scholarships are available. Failure to attend or to cancel your scholarship by July 24, 2026, will result in a $50 per person fee and may affect eligibility for scholarships for future PaTTAN events.
School team applications will be accepted through the end of day, June 15, 2026, or until all scholarships have been awarded. Scholarships will be reviewed and processed in the order they were received. Don't delay, apply today!
Conference registration is set to open in early May.
